The provision of child care services is a matter in the first instance for the South-Eastern Health Board. I understand that the chief executive officer of the South-Eastern Health Board recently received a report on the review of residential children services in the South East and that he is studying the recommendations in relation to all residential children's facilities, including Crannóg, Cedarwood Avenue, Loughboy, Kilkenny, at present.
