266 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will furnish a response further to correspondence (details supplied) on the designation of the facility; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12823/03]

My Department is continuing to liaise with the service providers for the facility in question concerning the issue raised by the Deputy. It is hoped that the matter will be concluded at an early date.
