Ceist:256 Mr. N. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason a cheque has not been reissued to a primary school (details supplied) in County Cork. [16443/03]
Written Answers. - School Funding.
A payable order for €1,099.33 was issued to the chairperson of the board of management of the school in question on the 8 March 2002. The school returned the uncashed payable order on the 13 March 2003 and this was subsequently re-issued to the chairperson on the 6 June 2003. My Department has no record of issuing a payable order in the amount €1,500.
