272 Mr. Crawford asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will make Castleblayney college extension a pilot scheme, similar to the primary school initiative, in view of the serious condition of the building based on the opposite side of the main Dublin-Derry N2 road with all the dangers that contains; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The devolved building grants scheme for primary schools was initiated on a pilot basis as part of the 2003 school building programme and is targeted at minor projects only. This scheme will be reviewed at the end of the current year. There are no plans at present to expand the scope of the scheme to post-primary schools.
