306 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources when the ?225,000 committed to the development of a slipway at Ballyforan, County Roscommon, and the development of the Hind River, County Roscommon, will be allocated; the reason for this delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Financial allocations have been made to all the fisheries boards for 2003. It is a matter for each fisheries board to decide upon the allocations for specific projects based on their priorities and subject to staying within their overall allocation. The Shannon Regional Fisheries Board will have the opportunity to seek funding for next year within the general availability of resources for 2004 and subsequent years.
