372 Mr. F. McGrath asked the Minister for Transport his views on a complaint from a person (details supplied) in Dublin 5 regarding Dublin Bus; and if this complaint will be investigated in the interest of the person. [16416/03]
Although details of the complaint in question were not supplied, complaints are an operational issue for Dublin Bus. However, I can inform the Deputy that each of the three CIE operating companies has had a customer charter in operation for a number of years. Copies of the charters are available from the respective company offices and can also be accessed on the company websites. Audits of the charters are carried out on an annual basis by independent market researchers. These audits identify areas where customer expectations have been met and where customers are seeking improvements.
