I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for transfer of part which was lodged on 18 June 2001. Dealing number D2001SM004449M refers.
I am further informed that this application is associated with a schedule application which was lodged on 26 January 1986 and also with two applications for transmission of part which were lodged on 7 April 2000. Schedule number 93235 and dealing numbers D2000SM002804P and D2000SM002805Q refer. I am also informed that a query in relation to the schedule application issued to the Department of Agriculture and Food on 23 April 2003 and that these applications cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can assure the Deputy that on receipt of a satisfactory reply the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
