Ceist:

405 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reasons a settlement reached between the SEBH and a person (details supplied) following legal action has not been fully paid or finalised; the reason the SEBH has not finalised this matter and their intentions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Responsibility for the implementation of the settlement referred to by the Deputy rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has requested the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
