313 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of crime reports made by the authorities of a youth hostel (details supplied) in Dublin 7 to date in 2003; the number of arrests made and charges brought as a result of these reports; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that four incidents have been reported during the period by the staff of the youth hostel. I understand that no arrests have been made and that these incidents are still under investigation.
