Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 269 of 2 October 2003, the number of these letters of representations which were received from Deputy Gay Mitchell, the number of these which have received a final reply, and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can inform the Deputy that records in my Department indicate that, to date, from a total of 16 representations received by me from the Deputy, 11 have received a final reply.
