242 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will have their visa extended as per an extension granted on 10 March 2003; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27071/03]

The immigration division of my Department has recently requested documentation from the person concerned in relation to this application. On receipt of the documents requested a decision will be made on the case.
