160 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science his plans for increased educational facilities in north-east Meath in view of the numbers moving out of Dublin; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31419/03]
Officials in the planning section of my Department are currently examining the educational needs of the north-east Meath area at both primary and post-primary level. To progress this examination, a meeting will be held with Meath County Council early in 2004 with a view to identifying the extent of emerging needs and reserving sites for additional educational infrastructure if necessary.
