221 Mr. P. McGrath asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if the information technology system in Leinster House is compatible with and will be accessible to the computer system in the offices of Members of Dáil Éireann outside Leinster House which connect to the broadband system. The provision of broadband connections to Members' offices in the constituencies and the compatibility of these networks with the computer systems in Leinster House is currently a matter for the Office of the Houses of the Oireachtas and with effect from 1 of January, the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission. I have no role in this regard.
