I refer the Deputy to my replies to Questions Nos. 75 and 90 of 8 October 2003. Since then discussions have continued among my Department, the Office of Public Works, the Dublin Docklands Development Authority and the NCH regarding the suitability of the site on offer. These discussions are ongoing and it would be premature to anticipate their outcome.
