I propose to take Questions Nos. 261 to 265, inclusive, together.

Four meetings of the JHA Council will take place under the Irish Presidency. The JHA Council meetings in February and March will be held in Brussels and the meetings in April and June will be held in Luxembourg. In addition, an informal meeting of the Council will take place in January in Dublin which will be attended by the candidate states as well as the European Union member and accession states. There are no associated formal or informal side meetings planned at present in connection with meetings of the Council.

My Department has not entered into any private sponsorship arrangements for meetings of the Council. The Deputy will, however, be aware that the Department of Foreign Affairs, acting on behalf of all Departments has secured sponsorship for a number of goods and services.
