267 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Government plans to continue its practice of deporting citizens of the ten EU accession states during the Irish Presidency of the EU, January to May 2004. [31600/03]

I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 394 of 17 June 2003 which dealt with the same issue. The position remains unchanged.
