Ceist:50 Mr. Eamon Ryan asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources further to the policy directive 2/2003 issued by him under section 3(2)(b) of the Fisheries Amendment Act 2003 on 17 November 2003, the number of vessels currently affected by his policy directive that licensed vessels which do not have a licence with approved pelagic wet storage capacity, and which currently have such capacity, will be allowed to continue to operate with wet storage capacity for the period of their current sea fishing boat licence; the number of boats that this will apply to; and the home port and the amount of gross tonnage and kilowatt power involved.
