80 Ms B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources when he expects to receive the report of the consultants appointed to assist in the review of radio licensing; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31263/03]

I expect to receive the final report from the consultants by mid January. This report will inform the consultation process planned for early 2004.
