Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Catherine Murphy — the funding approach in regard to disabled persons and essential repairs grants by local authorities; (2) Deputy Connaughton — the important matter of the construction of the western rail corridor; (3) Deputy Sargent — if the Minister's attention has been drawn to the importance of the groceries order for many producers and retailers; (4) Deputy Naughten — that the Minister immediately ban the importation of beef from Brazil following the confirmation of foot and mouth disease within its herd; (5) Deputy Neville — if the Minister's attention has been drawn to a position statement (details supplied) on psychiatric services for children and adolescents; (6) Deputy Walsh — the provision of office accommodation at Clonakilty, County Cork, for the decentralisation of the Department of the Marine and Natural Resources and Bord Iascaigh Mhara; (7) Deputy Cooper-Flynn — if the Minister will update the Dáil on the progress of the review group set up to consider changing the licensing designation of tractors; (8) Deputy Enright — to ask the Minister his policy under the national spatial strategy for the provision of a bypass in Tullamore; and (9) Deputy Deenihan — the delay in allowing the community nursing unit at Tralee General Hospital to go to tender.

The matters raised by Deputies Neville, Walsh, Sargent and Naughten have been selected for discussion.
