It is nice to be here. I ask members to turn off their mobile phones for the duration of the meeting. This is important, as apart from the discourtesy to witnesses and other committee members, it also causes serious problems for the work of the broadcasting, editorial and sound staff.
The joint committee went into private session at 11:05 a.m. and resumed in public session at 11.10 a.m.
