The joint committee will hear two presentations today. We will spend approximately one hour on the first of them and slightly less on the second. We have to finish by 11.45 a.m. because the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Deputy Richard Bruton, is coming at that time to consider a motion. I, therefore, ask members to use their time well when asking questions. I might place a limit of two minutes on contributions to try to give everybody a chance to speak. We have to make the most of both presentations.
