This section re-enacts the existing law with regard to proof for the costs of a judgment. It provides that a creditor who proves his debt in a bankruptcy or arrangement may also prove for the costs of a judgment obtained in respect of that debt before the debtor was adjudicated or granted an order for protection. The costs need not have been taxed or ascertained at the date of the adjudication or order for protection.
