In the absence of the Leas-Chathaoirleach, I move: "That in view of the fact that the Commission on Local Administration in Dublin City and County has not yet reported, the Second Reading of the Dun Laoghaire, Blackrock, Dalkey Corporation Bill, 1924, be further postponed until Wednesday, 16th March, 1927, or, if the Seanad be not sitting on that day, the next day thereafter on which the Seanad shall so sit."
