The Joint Committee on Standing Orders reports that no notice of appeal from the report of the examiner of Private Bills in the case of the Bank of Ireland Bill, 1929, has been received within the prescribed time. Accordingly, the Bill is now deemed to have been read a First Time in the Seanad.
