There is a Message from the Dáil to the following effect:—
Dáil Eireann has passed the following resolution, in which the concurrence of Seanad Eireann is desired:—
That the Draft Standing Orders set out in the Schedule to the Report of the Joint Committee on Private Bill Standing Orders, ordered to lie upon the Table of the Dáil on the 16th December, 1931, be adopted as the Standing Orders of the Dáil and the Seanad relative to private business.
I move: That the Draft Standing Orders set out in the Schedule to the Report of the Joint Committee on Private Bill Standing Orders, ordered to lie upon the Table of the Seanad on the 11th December, 1931, and upon the Table of the Dáil on the 16th December, 1931, be adopted as the Standing Orders of the Seanad and the Dáil relative to private business.
I move: That the Standing Orders of the Dáil and the Seanad relative to Private Business adopted by the Seanad on the 28th November, 1923, and by the Dáil on the 4th December, 1923, as amended on the 4th June, 1924, and the 20th November, 1925, be repealed.
