It is proposed to take Nos. 3, 7 and 9, and the arrangement I am proposing to the House is that the Minister be allowed in to speak at 11 o'clock, that Senator Garret FitzGerald be allowed in to reply at 3.45 p.m., Senator Quinlan at 4.45 p.m. and that the Vote be taken at 5.30 p.m.
