I move:
That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (Charter Second Amendment) Bill, 1972, being a Bill entitled an Act to amend further the Charter under which the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland is incorporated, as amended by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (Charter Amendment) Act, 1966, so as to enable the Institute to provide for additional categories of membership and to amend the charter in other respects.
