I move:
That, in accordance with Standing Order 52A and the decision of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, Seanad Éireann agrees that Mary Bannotti, MEP shall attend and be heard in Seanad Éireann on Thursday 13th November, 2003 and that the following arrangements shall apply. The proceedings shall commence at 2.30 p.m. with a speech by Mary Bannotti, MEP which shall not exceed 20 minutes and at the conclusion of which she will reply to questions from members and that the debate shall conclude no later than 3.30 p.m.
