I move:
That Seanad Éireann request the Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights, or a sub-committee thereof, to consider including in public session, the Third Programme of Law Reform prepared by the Law Reform Commission and to report back to Seanad Éireann on or before 6th December 2007.
