SECTION 53.
I move amendment No. 163:
In page 34, subsection (1), lines 27 and 28, to delete "such formula as the Central Bank may, from time to time, specify" and substitute "any method or formula approved for that purpose—
(a) by the Central Bank in the case of a credit agreement where the creditor is a credit institution, or
(b) by the director in any other case.".
Does the same difficulty arise here as amendments Nos. 163 and 164 are similar?
I will come back to those amendments on Report Stage.
