I move amendment No. 122:
In page 1238, subsection (1)(e)(ii), line 16, to delete "to disclose".
This amendment is designed to delete the superfluous wording in subparagraph (ii) of subsection (1)(e) of section 946. The words, "to disclose", are already mentioned in the main body of that subsection and their inclusion in subparagraph (ii) is unnecessary.
