Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will make a statement concerning the case of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 24; the course of action he proposes to take in relation to providing this person with the necessary educational facilities and resources; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to advise the Deputy that the issue of speech therapy provision in schools is a matter for the relevant health authority. However, I have arranged for my officials to investigate the matter of school placement for the child in question.
