Amharc ar fhreagraResponsibility for the administration of the revitalisation programme for the Castlemaine harbour bottom mussel fishery was vested in Bord Iascaigh Mhara. All decisions were taken by BIM and accordingly it would not be appropriate for me to comment on individual cases.
