Amharc ar fhreagraThe above-named person is an applicant under the installation aid scheme and submitted an application for payment to my Department on 17 September 2003. However, following an examination of the application, the person concerned appears to have not yet fulfilled the educational requirements set out under the terms and conditions of the scheme. The application will be re-examined when further information is received from the applicant regarding his compliance with the required educational qualifications.
