455 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science the status of plans to have a second level class for students with Asperger’s syndrome at a school (details supplied) in Dublin 3; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21969/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe development of a second level programme for children with Asperger's syndrome on the Dublin north side of the city and the issue of a long-term facility is still under consideration within my Department. It is anticipated that proposals will shortly be finalised to allow for a unit to be operational from the commencement of the 2005-06 school year.
