146 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance if the Office of Public Works will proceed with the purchase of land from a GAA club (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [33221/04]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Commissioners of Public Works have agreed terms with the GAA club in Ballindine and another party to form a suitable site for a new Garda station. The commissioners will proceed with these acquisitions in accordance with the priority accorded it by the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and subject to the availability of funding in 2005.
