Ceist:148 Mr. Lowry asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the estimated number of persons to whom money is owed in north Tipperary as a result of the Supreme Court decision of 16 February 2005 that the Health (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2004 is unconstitutional; if no estimate is available, when such will be made available; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
