214 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Finance if he will review the accessibility of a Garda station (details supplied) in Dublin 12 to persons who are wheelchair-bound; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14126/05]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs part of the OPW's universal access programme, an accessibility audit is first carried out to determine the level of works required to make a premises fully accessible to all persons. The accessibility audit is requested in the first instance by the relevant Department, in this case the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform. In the matter of the Garda station in Dublin 12, a request has not been received by the OPW.
