Amharc ar fhreagraAs the issue raised by the Deputy in Parliamentary Question No. 124 of 1 June 2005 related to the management and delivery of health services in the Clare area, the Department wrote requesting that the chief officer of the Health Service Executive, mid-western area, to reply direct to him. The HSE mid-western area has informed the Department that a reply was issued directly to the Deputy on 21 June 2005.
