Amharc ar fhreagraUnder section 95 of the Road Traffic Act 1961 the provision of any traffic sign, regulatory or non-regulatory, is the responsibility of the individual road authority. The Act provides that a road authority may provide for public roads in their charge such information and warning signs as they consider desirable.
