252 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position in relation to an application for an EU pet passport for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; and when this passport will issue to the veterinary practitioner. [34771/06]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe pet passport to which the Deputy refers was issued by registered post to the veterinary practitioner named on 3rd October 2006. Passports are issued to the veterinary practitioner, who then completes the relevant sections to allow the pet to travel under the EU Pet Passport system.
