Ceist:246 Deputy Seán Fleming asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason it takes so long to issue post-mortem and autopsy results from the Health Service Executive, Pathology Department, Midlands, Regional Hospital, Tullamore in respect of patients who died in the hospital; and her views on whether this delay is acceptable as the coroner can not issue a death certificate until these reports are received.
