Ceist:1350 Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the outcome of an appeal relating to a carer’s allowance refusal for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [31161/08]

I propose to take Questions Nos. 1310 and 1350 together.
I am advised by the Social Welfare Appeals Office that the appeal from the person concerned has been referred to an Appeals Officer who proposes to hold an oral hearing. He will be informed when arrangements have been made.
