516 Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason for the waiting period (details supplied) for people to be called to the endocrinology and diabetes day care centre at the University College Hospital, Galway; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [30427/08]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe management of hospital services generally is a matter for the Health Service Executive and the individual hospitals concerned. Therefore, the Executive is the appropriate body to consider the particular case raised by the Deputy. My Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have the case investigated and to reply directly to the Deputy.
