Ceist:203 Deputy Emmet Stagg asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the fact that non-payment of moneys due to a contractor (details supplied) who supplied pedestrian control traffic lights at a school is delaying the switching on of the lights as required by the planning permission which issued to the school, thus causing a danger to pupils crossing a busy road; and if he will ensure that the amounts due are paid by his Department.
