Amharc ar fhreagraThe access road the Deputy refers to was examined under Scéim na mBóithre Áise by an official of my Department on 11 July 2002 and again on 14 November 2003. As there was no dwelling house on the road, it was deemed to be ineligible under the terms of the scheme.
