200 Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food his views, in relation to the suspension of a scheme (details supplied), on making a special provision whereby applicants who had been deemed eligible and had the legal transfer carried out could be accommodated under the scheme. Only fully completed applications made under the Young Farmers' Installation Scheme and received by my Department up to and including 14 October 2008 are being processed. I have no proposals to re-open the Scheme.
