As outlined in replies to two previous questions from the Deputy, an application was received on the 15 May 2008 requesting the transfer of 15.02 standard entitlements to the person named from his father by way of gift. Having resolved the initial difficulty whereby the person named did not hold a herd-number, the person named and his father were requested to complete a Declaration of Undertaking form. In his correspondence of the 21 January 2009, the person named returned the copy of the Application Form with relevant signatures added as well as the completed Declaration of Undertaking Form.
