186 Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if the penalty imposed on a person (details supplied) in County Mayo by his Department is the result of a planner error or a deficiency in the eREPS software as highlighted by the planner in e-mails to his Department. A number of applications in which penalties were applied for minor technical breaches, including the case in question, are currently being reviewed in my Department. The outcome in this case will be communicated to the person named in the near future.
