An application was received from the person named on the 3rd May 2007 requesting the transfer of 15.37 single Payment Scheme entitlements by way of Inheritance, from another farmer under the 2007 scheme year.
As the person named was not assigned ownership of a herd number until 4th November 2009 it was not possible to proceed with the requested transfer. In addition, my Department has written to the solicitors for the person named requesting certain testamentary documentation which remains outstanding.
Upon receipt of the outstanding documentation, the application will be processed and payment will issue thereafter to the person named for the relevant scheme years.
